Maison Riviera (“we”, “us”) is a bespoke travel studio working along the Côte d’Azur. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use this website or send us an enquiry.

Who we are

Maison Riviera designs private journeys and provides concierge services for visitors to the French Riviera. We operate from Nice & London. You can reach us at camille@studio.maison-riviera.co.uk.

When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect:

• The occasion you are travelling for
• Any optional notes you choose to share — travel dates, guests, what you have in mind

If you write or call us directly, we also keep that correspondence, including any phone number you give us, so we can carry the conversation forward.

We retain enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner, or we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting reasons.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this site:

• Vercel — website hosting and anonymous usage analytics
• Resend — delivery of enquiry and confirmation emails

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements. We do not transfer your data to anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us. To exercise any of these, email camille@studio.maison-riviera.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
